Xchange

Last night whilst taping footage for a forthcoming video I was surprised by a hailee in the dark. Thus, perchance, I captured a mildy amusing exchange.

The passenger, a caring capitalist, first kindly offered to share the cab with a woman waiting in the rain, then unloaded upon his industry with an expletive-laden spray.

WARNING: Liberal use of the 'c' word...

Be careful listening to ABC - that stuff makes your brain grow bigger.

Fantastic to see the old town at night, in the rain -put some schmatzy music with this vision and I'll start sniffling..

Pity that's all you got of him -he was just getting started -I'd love to hear where he was going after that intro..

So now you've got a YouTube channel ? YouTube can be great, but it does attract some of the world's finest complete dickheads who hover around the place making oscene, defamatory, and plain insane comments -there is a user called Lemonholes aka donutholes who does nothing but leave hundreds of hateful/crazy/sick comments -he has over 100 accounts.. he specialises in trolling the disabled, particularly women or the mentally ill..

Based upon experience, I have to agree 100% with the passenger's opinion of the financial district.

Goldstein, finally got around to joining YouTube after problems uploading to Vox. YouTube has twice the file limit plus the embedded player is a real winner.

LUcky, the camera normally runs on stand-by yet few passengers comment on it. I rarely activate it with passengers aboard unless for capturing images or concerns over surrounding traffic. In this case I was reasonably satisfied with the level of anonymity to confidently post the encounter.

Adrian you sound WAY different to what I expected. I kept getting confused because I expected you to sound like the other bloke in this vid, when clearly from the words you were the other guy.
Weird.

Data
If you listen carefully you may pick up that the fare is a bit of a Queen, [Darl..ect.] whereas Adrian sounds like the relaxed
Cabbie that he is. That could be the explanation why the passenger uses the c... word so often, most of us would refer to Bankers as a bunch of pricks.

Oh, I finally got it ! He is a hairdresser in the financial district, and due to the pinstripes losing money on a daily basis they now forfeit appointments, and when they keep them don't tip the poor fellow. Oh, the recession of the early naughties, a learning experience for some.

Charming. It is strange to hear men talk when there are no women around (me being a woman, I'm not often privy to such).

It's almost as if he wanted you to react more Adrian, and then when you weren't - he thought if he said it a few more times it might remind you to react.
